I am writing regarding order #ORD-6346-TGD-8244 placed with Superior-Builders Tampines on May 1, 1994. I paid $951.79 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chelsea L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
