Poor customer service experience with Works Professionals Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3937-YHP-4513 placed with Works Professionals Corp. on January 29, 2000. I paid $79.97 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brennon G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
