Quality issues with Homes Contractors Corp. product

On June 27, 1975, I signed up for Homes Contractors Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their Ritchieport, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $447.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Toney Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
