The Royal Retreat failed to honor their commitment

On September 26, 2005, I signed up for The Royal Retreat's setup assistance at their North Kyleeside, Washington location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $708.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clair Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
