Expert Craft Products refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9948-FFW-2949 placed with Expert Craft Products on October 28, 2024. I paid $614.1 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shirley Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
