Hidden fees discovered from Master Materials

On December 23, 2014, I signed up for Master Materials's delivery service at their Gissellestad, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $245.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gerson S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
