On February 4, 2020, I signed up for Dynamic-Forge's customer support at their South Edna, Washington location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $624.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ricardo B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
