False promises made by Inn Properties Dubai representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2652-WPE-1520 placed with Inn Properties Dubai on April 30, 1990. I paid $387.98 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kris Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
