I am writing regarding order #ORD-3416-CDQ-1241 placed with Prosperity Fund Alliance Corp. on August 29, 1994. I paid $529.71 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Susana M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
