Refund refused by Elite-Development Holdings

On November 30, 2010, I signed up for Elite-Development Holdings's training session at their South Marlon, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $580.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lera O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
