On February 20, 1991, I signed up for Industrial Components Group's troubleshooting service at their North Adeliaport, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $78.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Schuyler U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
