Frustrated with Unified Tech's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9658-WHP-4845 placed with Unified Tech on January 30, 1973. I paid $392.83 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Linda P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
