Billing dispute with Superior Factories Nakhon Ratchasima Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5750-FGD-6796 placed with Superior Factories Nakhon Ratchasima Inc. on February 20, 1993. I paid $292.63 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giuseppe X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
