False promises made by Global Forge Products representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8545-NUT-5962 placed with Global Forge Products on February 19, 1979. I paid $644.42 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mozell O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
