Warranty claim denied by Treasury International

I purchased a product from Treasury International on July 23, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rocky Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
