I purchased a unit from Quality Engineering & Sons Enterprises on July 9, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brandi G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
