Unsatisfactory resolution from Capital & Solutions Ballarat

On November 8, 2001, I signed up for Capital & Solutions Ballarat's technical assistance at their East Juliet, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $81.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mason X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
