Warranty claim denied by Projects Enterprises

On April 30, 1987, I signed up for Projects Enterprises's training session at their Rippinville, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $215.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Preston M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
