Overcharged by Fund Planners for service

On October 26, 2012, I signed up for Fund Planners's troubleshooting service at their Lynchport, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $425.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jesse H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
