Quality issues with Homes Associates product

I want to report a serious concern with Homes Associates's service that I purchased on May 1, 1986 from your Port Ulices, Nevada store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Merle P., but my issue remains unresolved.
