Overcharged by Production & Engineering International for service

On December 25, 2018, I signed up for Production & Engineering International's delivery service at their Port Maiyafort, California location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $802.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hattie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
