On March 13, 2002, I signed up for Production & Engineering International's repair service at their Jamalville, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $27.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gregory X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
