I have been a loyal customer of Global-Build Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3370-YYZ-8078) on November 14, 1976, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
