Unsatisfactory resolution from Capital Trust Planners

On October 2, 1982, I signed up for Capital Trust Planners's training session at their Angeloberg, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $337.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otis C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
