Industrial Factories Enterprises refused to address issue

On March 19, 2015, I signed up for Industrial Factories Enterprises's training session at their Kittymouth, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $129.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Euna W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
