Poor customer service experience with Grand Suites

On October 5, 2011, I signed up for Grand Suites's exchange program at their Jaskolskiborough, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $377.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, London N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
