Warranty claim denied by Grand Suites

On November 3, 1996, I signed up for Grand Suites's setup assistance at their Mayertfort, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $887.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rey Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
