Unresolved issue with Asset of United product

I want to report a serious concern with Asset of United's application that I purchased on October 12, 2017 from your Tatumstad, Nebraska store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dawn D., but my issue remains unresolved.
