Misleading advertising by The Cozy Stay

On July 24, 1984, I signed up for The Cozy Stay's customer support at their West Dayton, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $165.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Annabel W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
