I purchased a accessory from Strong Architecture & Sons on March 4, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ida H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
