Poor customer service experience with Sovereign Bank Medan International

On January 4, 2020, I signed up for Sovereign Bank Medan International's repair service at their Bethelfort, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $619.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jason B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
