Hidden fees discovered in Sovereign Bank Medan International statement

On September 30, 1991, I signed up for Sovereign Bank Medan International's installation service at their Reneeberg, Florida location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $497.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shaniya D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
