On October 11, 1977, I signed up for Securities of National's warranty service at their Port Johnpaulside, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $290.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edmond B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
