I have been a loyal customer of Golden Retreat for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2509-NBO-4734) on November 16, 1997, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
