The Grand Suites Toulouse refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5548-DIZ-4673 placed with The Grand Suites Toulouse on May 26, 2006. I paid $100.97 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ubaldo N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
