Unsatisfactory resolution from Steel Forge

On April 13, 2000, I signed up for Steel Forge's exchange program at their South Kavonmouth, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $28.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sandrine G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
