Hidden fees discovered from Prestige & Brokers Bendigo

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8927-DUH-5913 placed with Prestige & Brokers Bendigo on April 26, 2023. I paid $567.21 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gabriella Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
