I have been a loyal customer of Resort at Tranquil Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-8488-WIF-1122) on January 18, 1999, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
