False promises made by Heritage Wealth representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7279-WFS-2579 placed with Heritage Wealth on February 25, 2024. I paid $231.40 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ethyl M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
