Poor customer service experience with Elite Structures Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4169-XZT-2910 placed with Elite Structures Corp. on February 2, 2018. I paid $625.92 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Julie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
