Quality issues with Ultra Fabrication Builders product

On September 1, 1977, I signed up for Ultra Fabrication Builders's exchange program at their Emmychester, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $668.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maida A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
