Poor customer service experience with Elite Inn & Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3117-RAF-6875 placed with Elite Inn & Group on May 31, 1972. I paid $400.22 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Britney Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
