Misleading advertising by Capital Advisors Group

On April 20, 1973, I signed up for Capital Advisors Group's upgrade service at their Port Maynardshire, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $717.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, River X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
