Frustrated with Capital Advisors Group's lack of response

On March 21, 2013, I signed up for Capital Advisors Group's upgrade service at their Liammouth, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $604.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sincere B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
