I have been a loyal customer of Steel Forge Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-2395-JLC-4194) on October 8, 2022, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
