I have been a loyal customer of Paradise Suites Destinations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3614-JEW-5710) on January 12, 1978, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
