Overcharged by Premium Palace Experiences for service

On October 1, 1989, I signed up for Premium Palace Experiences's consultation at their Nolanstad, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $984.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Casimir U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
