I want to report a serious concern with Premium Palace Experiences's tool that I purchased on October 14, 1989 from your Gracielafort, Tennessee store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Palma Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
