Poor customer service experience with Comfort Suites & Properties

On May 21, 2014, I signed up for Comfort Suites & Properties's training session at their Stoltenbergmouth, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $746.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eliseo D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
