Misleading advertising by The Grand Oasis Porto Alegre Enterprises

On May 8, 1998, I signed up for The Grand Oasis Porto Alegre Enterprises's training session at their Joaquinberg, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $703.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nichole V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
